No Return and No Exchange Policy  
Thank you for shopping with Swarz Collection. We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and services. Please read the following policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges:  

No Returns and No change of mind
 We do not accept returns on any jewelry or clothing items purchased unless the product received is damaged or defective and open box video is shared immediately upon arrival. 

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any jewellery or clothing items purchased. 

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and provide further instructions on how to proceed. 

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
Items eligible for return or exchange due to damage or defect must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. Any items that show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted. 

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to, custom-made or personalised jewellery, clearance items, and final sale items. 

Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Shipping Costs: 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
